Mount rooftop radios on Upper West Side walk-ups and brownstones, run the cable down, and leave when the line tests clean.

Pay: $70,000–$110,000 per year
Own a live fixed-wireless network: Tarana radios on Upper West Side roofs, Juniper routing, BGP, and our own IP space.
