Careers

The work behind the promise.

ConnectNYC is operated by Wave2Wave LLC, New York City’s first wireless ISP, founded in 1999. These are the roles open now: what the job is, what it pays, where it happens. If a role is listed, it is open.

Openings as of September 3, 2026. Every listing on this page is a current opening; a filled role comes down within two weeks.

Rules every role shares

The promises on this site are job conditions. Every role below inherits these four.

  • We never name the resident who asked. When a building check leads to a call to ownership, the call is about the building, made as ConnectNYC.
  • There is nothing to negotiate on price. The price on the site is the price, and you can promise only what is in writing on it.
  • Residential support is email, handled by people. Business accounts have a phone line; residents do not, and we do not promise response times.
  • Installation crews enter buildings on schedules agreed with management. Outreach follows every building’s rules and leaves the moment it is asked to.

Open roles

Each listing states the pay range, the employment type, the location, and the duties in plain words. Field work is on the Upper West Side of Manhattan; the equipment depot and office are in Jericho, NY.
