Field work is on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The equipment depot and office are in Jericho, NY.

Building Outreach Representative (Phone)

Remote within New York, with occasional field days on the Upper West Side · Part-time or full-time · W-2 hourly employee · non-exempt, overtime after 40 hours

Pay: $17.00–$24.00 per hour, plus a per-qualified-lead bonus under a written commission plan you sign before you start

Outbound calls to Upper West Side owners, managing agents, and boards. One yes opens a whole building, not one apartment.

Neighborhood Outreach Representative (Field)

Upper West Side, Manhattan — on foot, building to building, W 57th–110th St, Central Park West to the Hudson · Part-time or full-time · W-2 hourly employee · non-exempt, overtime after 40 hours · paid weekly

Pay: $17.00–$24.00 per hour, plus a per-qualified-lead bonus under a written commission plan you sign before you start
