Sending an address starts a review. It doesn’t schedule anything or promise service. If ownership needs to be contacted, we handle that as ConnectNYC — and we don’t use a resident’s name unless they opt in.

Resident, owner, or manager — send one New York City building or a whole portfolio.

A person reviews feasibility

We look at what reaching the building would take — rooftop path, network reach, the practical parts. You get the answer by email either way.

If the building looks feasible

We handle whatever comes next as ConnectNYC — the owner conversation, a survey at no cost to the building, and a written license, as needed. Residents don’t have to organize the building or pitch the landlord.
