We’re live from W 57th to 110th, Central Park West to the Hudson. The checker answers for your area. A person answers for your building, after you send the address. If permission is needed, we ask ownership — and your name stays out of it unless you opt in.

Our network
The area is live. Your building still needs a yes.
The map shows two things: where the network is live today, and the blocks inside it that get scheduled first. Neither is a list of live buildings. That yes comes from a person.
Inside the live zone, our network is already running on your block. Priority-zone addresses are scheduled first — a head start, not an automatic yes.
The live zone covers three stretches. Lincoln Square, W 57th to 72nd — Columbus Circle to Lincoln Center, ZIPs 10023 and 10069 along the river. The Upper West Side core, W 72nd to 96th, ZIPs 10023 and 10024. And Manhattan Valley, W 96th to 110th, Bloomingdale district included, ZIP 10025. If your building sits in any of them, the checker above gives you an instant area answer.

Scheduling priority
W 68th to 77th goes first.
Priority install zone: W 68th–77th, Central Park West to Amsterdam. This is a scheduling priority inside the live area, not automatic building approval. Qualified customers may have service installed in approximately 24 hours, subject to access and installation conditions.
Outside the live area

There is no waitlist — the network grows building by building, beyond the Upper West Side too. Send the address and a person reviews the building’s feasibility, then replies by email with a straight answer.
The install
Two building types. One clear handoff.
Larger buildings: usually a clean self-install using the cable-TV wiring (coax) already in the building. Smaller buildings: a professional install with a dedicated line from the roof. We tell you which is yours after the building check — and once the building checks out, you get a link to schedule it.
One address is enough to ask.
Nothing is charged when you send the building-check request. A person checks the exact building, then replies by email with the result. If permission is needed, we contact ownership as ConnectNYC about the building, and we don’t use your name in that conversation unless you opt in.
