A code, a building-check request, an activation, a first paid month, then an $89 credit each. The request starts the check; it does not mean service is active.
Share your code
Your code arrives with your request confirmation. Text it, email it, drop it in the building group chat — however your hallway communicates.
They request with it
Your neighbor enters your code with their building-check request. There’s a field for it — takes about ten seconds, no promo-code scavenger hunt.
First paid month, then $89 each
After your neighbor activates and completes their first paid month, an $89 credit lands on both accounts, provided both are active and current in their payments when we apply the credits. Not a coupon, not a raffle entry — one month of Essential, or $89 toward any home plan.

The referral code must be entered with the building-check request; it cannot be added later. Sending the request does not mean service is active or that a credit has been earned. After the referred customer activates and completes their first paid month, each account receives an $89 credit, provided both accounts are active and current in their payments when we apply it.
