Landlord Partner Success Manager.

ConnectNYC gets into a building because an owner, a managing agent, or a board agreed to it. Keeping that relationship in good standing is a job of its own, and it is yours. You are the single point of contact for every partner building after the agreement is signed: the person who calls before a roof visit, who answers the super’s question the same day, who hears about a tenant complaint before it becomes the owner’s problem, and who is in the room when the board asks how things are going. The measure is simple: partners stay, and partners introduce you to the rest of their portfolio. This is a relationship job with real service behind it, not a sales quota.

Open as of September 13, 2026. If this page is up, the role is open.

Upper West Side, Manhattan, in partner buildings; Jericho, NY office · Full-time · W-2 hourly employee · non-exempt, overtime after 40 hours

Pay: $26.00–$32.00 per hour

What you do

  • Own the relationship with every partner building’s owner, managing agent, board, and super from the day the agreement is signed.
  • Schedule and communicate roof access, installs, and maintenance visits so nobody in the building is surprised.
  • Take every partner question, complaint, or request and see it through to a resolution, then tell them it is resolved.
  • Visit partner buildings on a regular cadence and check in with the people who run them.
  • Keep a current record of each building: contacts, agreement terms, open issues, and history.
  • Turn a satisfied partner into an introduction to the rest of their portfolio, and hand qualified buildings to outreach.
  • Bring what partners tell you back to installation, engineering, and support so the same problem does not repeat.

What you bring

  • Years in property management, account management, or a customer-facing role with building owners, agents, or boards in New York City.
  • Understand how a New York building actually runs: who the super answers to, what a managing agent cares about, how a board decides.
  • Write and speak plainly, and stay level when a conversation starts badly.
  • Run your own follow-up over months without being reminded, across dozens of buildings.
  • Get around the Upper West Side on foot and by transit, and spend regular time in the Jericho office.
  • Comfort saying no to a partner when the answer is no, and finding what can be done instead.

What success looks like

  • Partners renew and expand because working with ConnectNYC was easy, and they say so to other owners.
  • No partner learns about a roof visit after the fact, and no complaint waits for someone to notice it.
  • You can say, for any partner building, who the decision-maker is, what is open, and when you last spoke.
  • Introductions from existing partners become a steady share of new buildings.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, business hours, split between partner buildings on the Upper West Side and the Jericho office. Occasional evening board meetings.
