Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator (Jericho, NY).

You keep the equipment moving. You receive, count, stage, and test radios, switches, and routers so installs go out complete, and you handle returns and RMAs. ConnectNYC is operated by Wave2Wave LLC in Jericho, NY, a New York City wireless internet provider founded in 1999. Pay is $17.00-$25.00 per hour. This is a W-2 hourly position, non-exempt, with overtime after 40 hours, paid weekly.

What you do

  • Receive shipments and count them against the packing list.
  • Test radios, routers, and switches, and set aside anything that fails.
  • Stage and label the gear for each install so a crew can load and go.
  • Track stock levels and flag what is running low.
  • Pack, ship, and follow returns and RMAs through to a resolution.
  • Keep shelves, bins, and aisles orderly.

What you bring

  • Count accurately and catch a discrepancy on a packing list.
  • Lift boxes up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet through a shift.
  • Use a computer for inventory records, email, and shipping labels.
  • Work steadily on your own once you know the routine.
  • Warehouse, stockroom, or shipping experience helps. We teach you the equipment.

Schedule

Part-time or full-time, Monday through Friday, daytime hours with some early starts. Occasional Saturday during busy install weeks. No regular evenings.
